(NYSE: DSX) announced today that it is commencing a public offering of 8,250,000 shares of its common stock under the Company’s effective shelf registration statement. In addition, certain of the Company’s shareholders will be offering up to 2,250,000 shares. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC will act as joint bookrunning managers. In connection with the offering, the underwriters will be granted a 30-day option to purchase from the Company up to 1,575,000 additional shares of common stock to cover any over-allotments.
